Re: Webdav: Public testing environment, request for test

Hi Toby,

Windows Support seams to be an issue as always.

Got the following message while trying to open your URL with IE7 on a WinXP
SP2 (incl. Office 2007), but don't know exactly what is going wrong. At the
moment I don't get any information about the content of your test
collection.

---------------------------

As IE WebDAV support has some known quirks may be this list is of any help

Kind Regards
Stefan

Feature suggestion: Gantt chart type

Hi,

are there plans to create a Gantt chart type for the Graph component?
I've looked through the current tickets/roadmap and couldn't find a
reference, so I don't know if there is sufficient (broad) interest.
Personally I would find a Gantt chart type quite useful.

Hi Florian,

There is actually an issue for it
(http://issues.ez.no/IssueView.php?Id=9388) but the title is mispelled.
As I know Gantt charts are not planned for the upcoming release.

Cheers,
Alex.

Re: Webdav: Public testing environment, request for test

Did some quick testing with konqueror without encountering any problems. Will
test some more tomorrow.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for your quick answer and the link to the issue.

Re: Webdav: Public testing environment, request for test

IE7 on Vista doesn't like it. Just can't connect.
Bitkinex (webdav client) can connect to it, and shows files. Uploading a file seems to disconnect the client.

Hope it helps.

How do you connect to webdav? I tried Nautilus but it asked me for
username and password. In Konqueror it doesn't work ("Connection to host
home.schlitt.info is broken.").

Use webdav:// instead of http:// for konqy.

Thanks Frederik.

Seems to work in Konqueror. Some problems:
- the file size of uploaded files doesn't update (it is always 0)
- the file type of all files is "Unknown"
- the modified date of uploaded files and created folders is 15.08.2005
(probably the server date is wrong?)

Not many programs support webdav, so I could not just double-click on a
file and see it. So webdav is used mainly as an ftp server?
