CELT low-latency codec

Greetings all!

As if you guys didn't have enough to work on already, I wanted to know if any consideration has been put into supporting the new up-and-coming high-quality really-low-latency CELT codec:

http://www.celt-codec.org/

I chatted a bit with the developers of the telepathy real-time communication framework, and they're interested in it, and the FreeSWITCH project already supports it (even though the codec itself is, I believe, still experimental).  Reviews are raving across the board, it seems.

I just don't want QuteCom to be behind the curve on this one.  Plus, support for CELT would really be a plus as it is just about the best performing general-audio codec out there so far.

With certain system color settings (at least on Linux/KDE 3.5.x), namely
white system font on dark system background, the default system-wide font
color is used (white) and a custom background color for QuteCom windows is
set (white). This renders the application utterly unusable, as all labels
 are simply unreadable.

Suggested quick'n'dirty fix: when setting the background color to white,
do set the font color to black/dark.

Suggested Proper fix: support for different than default color themes, so
that QuteCom blends with the system it's running on, and its color
 settings.

Qutecom RC3 on Windows crashes immediately when trying to make a call

I have been trying to get Qutecom RC3 working on my Windows partition, but as soon as I try to make a call, it crashes.  I have submitted the debug form several times, but I have no idea if it actually goes through.

Is there anything I can do to help test this on Windows?  I use Fedora, primarily, so I would have to plan for it ahead of time so I can reboot and test from there.

Thanks guys!

Re: language files

Hi Michal,

The .ts files are in wengophone/src/presentation/qt/lang for the
application, and there are some other .ts files in libs/qtutils, but I
don't think there are any visible strings in there.

Cheers,
Dave.
