JT announcement - proposal

Hi,

Because my last announcement on Psi-devel mailing list didn't arouse
interest, I would like to consult the next announcement, designed for
iaxclient-devel.

What do you think about it? What should I change?
Did you find any mistakes?

Thanks for help
Marcin
