I tried to modify the API call
in the youtube.php file. It seems to be getting a valid response but not videos
show up in trailer.php
I grabbed this out of my
httpClient.log

Subject: Re: [videodb-devel] Youtube trailer broken
Actually- upgrading should not
be requried:
Who needs to upgrade?
Since YouTube still supports API version 1, you only need to upgrade if you
want to use one of the new features available in version 2. However, we
recommend that you upgrade so that users of your website or application can
access those new features.
So- not sure what's wrong here...

As soon as I can find a volunteer to commit a patch. I've
taken a quick look and couldn't fix it immediately- and unfortunately do not
have the time for fixes right now.
I would very much appreciate a patch and a test case- both could get committed
to CVS in no time.
Looking forward to your help,
Andi

Hi,
I guess my last request
for help got missed. What do we do since youtube is no longer accepting the old
version of the API? I up graded to 3.0.2 (mistake) and I forgot to write down
my old API key. When I went to youtube to get a new one I saw that the old key
is no longer used. When is videodb going to be modified to take advantage of
the new API format?
