ADS tech cardbus 1370

The dmesg that was sent is really not correct. I changed the sudevice in saa7134-card.c to reflect
what my eeprom reads. It was set to 0370.
My card appears to be of a different version then what I am seeing from
others. So what do I do to find the correct information. I do have this card
working with windows XP. Is there a file that I can read to get some
information. This is the information from lspci -vv

Is there such a beast out there? I have not seen any programs.

Re: ADS Tech instant TV cardbus

Me again ;)

I modprobe the card with 'modprobe saa7134 card=58 tuner=54
video_debug=1 and core_debug=1'

I have this line at the end of dmesg juste after the modprobe:
"saa7133[0]/video: DCSDT: pll: not locked, sync: no, norm: (no signal)"

I join the log when I try to change the channels in xawtv, maybe you
can decipher something ftom it.

tda8290/tda8275 - Was: A little help with ASUS TV FM CARD!

Yes, most of the patch were already applied. The remaining parts are on
the enclosed patches. Please, try with the first, then unapply and apply
the second one.

Hello.

problem)
But now i need to ask is that normal that cx88 fills my syslog or not?
(sometimes (hours) all is fine and that message not coming to syslog but
sometimes i got that message many hours couple times per second)

Re: tda8290/tda8275 - Was: A little help with ASUS TV FM CARD!

I applied both of the patches. Find enclosed the dmesg, scantv messages
for the following 3 versions

1. current CVS of tuner.h & tda8290.c
2. cvs + tda_8290.cfix (39/3b)
3 cvs + tda8290.xfix_2 (29/2b)

To sum it up:
- I don't see a frequency offset in any of the versions.
- with the patches applied some channels can no longer be tuned to ( NTS
cable channel 66,68 ...)

The general reception quality is the same with all 3 versions, the
picture has lot's of noise & interferences. I added a 3db splitter to
the line and the reception quality went from heavy interference to
unusable picture, while a TV in parallel with the capture card showed
only minor reception issues. It also appears that the tuner can't tune
once in while, if I reboot without power cycling.

Does someone have the link to the tda8275/90 data sheet. I looked
through the Phillips website but couldn't find it.

thx &re
