--enable-static problem

Hi,

I tried to compile mplayer under cygwin with --enable-static but end with
error complaining about missing headers inttypes.h or bitypes.h
I faced this error once in linux and i solved it by installing glibc static
but i couldn't find this in cygwin packages.
how can i solve this?. did anyone tried to comiple using this flag. what
packages need to be install?
