At the moment there seems to be no posibility to allow anonymous users
to view only the last version of wiki pages.
Because there is only a WIKI_VIEW permission and no WIKI_HISTORY_VIEW
it is all or nothing.

However this could be changed either by the Trac developers (create
enhancement ticket)
or by an new plugin (Request-a-Hack at trac-hacks.org).

http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFineGrainedPermissions.  Haven't
tried it myself.

Thanks for the hint. It seems to have the syntax "resource <at> version".
But if I understand the description, "version" must be the exact
version number or '*' for any version. There is no mention of a
placeholder for "last version".

Hi Greg,

It appears to be a small window of opportunity for two concurrent 
requests from a single user to cause this constraint violation in 
session.py.

I have attached a patch which I think will fix this which I'm currently 
testing. If you have the opportunity please give it a try as well.

[Trac] Attachment-Download very slow

Hello,

I'm using Trac V0.11.1 on Windows with SQLite, Tracd as webserver and python2.5. I have a file attached to a
Milestone. It's about 515kByte. If I try to download it, regardless from where (localhost or an external
client), the downlaod is very slow. It take's about 5 seconds, before the download starts. After tho
download has started, there is a break for 5 seconds after every 70kByte. There is no special Memory
consumption and the cpu is nearly idle. The log says nothing special, even in DEBUG-mode. I hav no idea,
where the problem could be. Can sombody help me?
