[Trac] date/time display in ticket history


		Hi!

    In the ticket history, the date when comments were added is displayed 
relative to the current date (such as "3 weeks ago"). Is it possible to change 
this to an absolute date/time specification (such as "March 4, 2011, 11:13")?
