Initial Comment:
When changing to a smaller shrink factor, the
horizontal scrollbar doesn't show up in the Xaw
version, and in the Motif version, the canvas isn't
resized.

Actually, this seems to be a problem with hyperref coloring
(so it predates the changes to 22.68).

Actually, this seems to be a problem with hyperref coloring

Act_set_shrink_factor() and friends.

fixed in 22.68-cvs2: Only pop color when open link was a
href, not when it was a name.

Summary: Motif: page focus issues

Initial Comment:
In the Motif version, mainWindow doesn't pass all
events to the drawing widget, which is the only widget
that reacts to keystrokes. This can lead to the
confusing situation that after shrinking the page, xdvi
appears to not react to keystrokes any more since the
cursor is no longer inside the drawing widget.

This doesn't occur with non-k xdvi, where the drawing
widget always fills the entire window. The behavior of
xdvik is more in accordance with the GUI specification
(item 2 in `Main window layout' on
http://xdvi.sourceforge.net/gui.html), but this focus
issue needs to be fixed.
