You can achieve this by using the package sectsty. Take a look at its
documentation to achieve the desired results.

Permute answers in multiple choice using examdesign class

I would like to know if anyone has been able to permute answer choices when
using examdesign class to prepare multiple-choice questions? Any help in
this regard would be appreciated.

Cheers,

Naren

In the preamble, use \NumberOfVersions{4}, to get
4 permutations. You can get obviously a maximum of
26 permutations.
