CTAN submission -- jurabib package v0.52p

This archive contains an updated version (0.52p) of the jurabib package.

It is distributed under the GNU General Public License.

The following files are included:

	jurabib.ins
	jurabib.dtx

Changes since 0.52h:

    natbib commands are working with `authorformat=index' now
	(bug reported by Jose Ignacio Sanchez-Macias).
    some changes in spjbbib.ldf (suggested by Jose Ignacio
	Sanchez-Macias).
    bugfix for missing \endgroup (double \begingroup!) while
	calling \jbcitenotitle.
    removed doubled comma, if number and volume are given,
	while \artnumberformat prints out a comma by itself
	(reported by Kai Kramer and Jose Ignacio Sanchez-Macias).
    no longer double output of year for  <at> article type (generated
	shorttitle contains `journal year').
    fallback to url (if url given and neither shortauthor or shorttitle
	are given) removed, because of problems of detecting
	not given url.

CTAN submission -- upgreek.sty v2.0

I have uploaded the file upgreek.dtx to the /incoming directory
at dante.ctan.org.  Please, substitute it for the present file
in the directory macros/latex/contrib/supported/was.

This is a new release (v2.0) of my package upgreek.sty, which 
makes the Euler or Symbol typeface available as an upright Greek 
math alphabet.  This version can optionally scale the Adobe Symbol 
font so as to match the other typefaces used in the document.

Thanks for the upload. I installed it as suggested replacing the old version in
CTAN:/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/supported/was/upgreek.dtx

TUG news: elections, TUGboat, development fund, call for papers

A few short news items for your information and participation.

1. TUG elections

The terms of the TUG President and of 11 members of the Board of
Directors will end as of the 2003 meeting of the TUG Board of Directors,
which will take place in conjunction with the 24th Annual TUG Meeting to
be held 20-24 July 2003.  (See below for more information on the meeting.)

The election to choose the new TUG President and Board members will be
held in spring 2003.  Nominations for these openings are now invited.
Please see http://www.tug.org/election/ for the complete announcement,
information, and nomination forms.

If you or someone you know would be a good candidate for service, please
help TUG by making a nomination!

2. TUG 2003: Call for Papers

The TeX Users Group's 24th Annual Meeting is to be held 20-24 July 2003
at the Outrigger Waikoloa Beach Resort, Big Island, Hawaii.

We welcome submissions of a title and abstract by November 18, 2002;
please send to tug2003-papers@...  Registration forms and more
information on submitting papers, as well as the conference in general,
