Thanks for the submission, I installed the files on ftp.dante.de in
/tex-archive/systems/win32/miktex/1.20 as suggested.

i have installed the package as suggested in macros/latex/exptl/delimtxt

this is the first submission (as such) to the exptl hierarchy ...
