Thanks for the upload.  I have installed the (expanded) .zip file as
you suggest.

Note for users: this is a pair DOS programs, only, though there is
some ambition to make it more widely available in the future.

with a symbolic link in

   macros/latex/contrib/supported/china2e

(and took the liberty to change Dante's Email address in readme.txt
from <german@...> to <dante@...>.)

and related stuff as fonts etc.

In case of interest please subscribe to the list sending the message

A little correction: the name of the list is CyrTeX-T2, so the command
should be `subscribe cyrtex-t2'.
