I have installed the file as macros/latex209/contrib/misc/subtabfg.sty

It may propagate to the other CTANs before start of work tomorrow, but
I wouldn't count on it (it being rather early in Cambridge's day...).

FWIW, it looks as if it would work with 2e, but I haven't tested it,
and things may appear after more than cursory examination.

Thanks a lot. I've just installed the new files on SHSU, from where
they will propagate to the other CTAN hosts.

I have duly installed the new version at SHSU; it will probably
propagate fairly quickly, this being a week-end.

Our thanks for another of your great contributions.

emTeX update

I've updated emTeX on ftp.dante.de (the update will appear on the
other CTAN hosts soon):

- dvid16c?.zip, replacing dvid16b?.zip: various bug fixes and
  improvements

- mfjob12b.zip, replacing mfjob12a.zip: use MFjob macros in templates

- bibtex4b.zip, replacing bibtex4a.zip: wizard function space increased.
IMPORTANT: New directory structure, use `emremove' to remove package
  `bibtex4a' before installing package `bibtex4b'!

- dvisp10b.zip, replacing dvisp10a.zip: various improvements
