Spell check functions are completely rewritten.  Now there it is 
available to use ISSPELL/ASPELL/MYSPELL dictionaries together with 
simple word lists (like winedit dictionaries) with simple  management. 
Automatic spell check is available.

In addition if is possible to change manually cherecter set for 
automatic spelling (i.e. latin, non-latin or all letters).
