yate in production

Hello people,

We made the first public installation of yate. We are using Zaptel and
H323 with external rtp (oRTP).

I think we can say now that yate is not anymore in beta and is functional,
and at least now FS/OS have a working solution for h323.

We will get back to development soon to integrate much better the
gatekeeper support in Yate and to finish the h323chan module, so we can
move futher to sip and analog devices.
