[ANNOUNCE] DietlibC target

Hi, my exams period nearly finished (that is only some System Programming thing left where I should not need to do anything for - since it consist of bash, sed, awk scripting and poor man's C ...). I had to notice our dietlibc target does not build and all and the dietlibc package implementation is quite messy. Oh yes. A good argument to leave it as it is for 2.1 - and just improve
the integration so that switching to udev for people using 2.6 is just
flipping one option in stone or so ...
