DMS Software Reengineering Toolkit

Although they don't mention it on their product page, this seems like
a tool that just screams out to be used as a basis for C++
refactoring.

Thoughts?

I've heard the clang http://clang.llvm.org/ and LLVM
http://www.llvm.org/could enable refactoring tools for
C/C++/Objective-C.
