phpMyAdmin 2.6.2-pl1 is released

Hi,

The phpMyAdmin team announces version 2.6.2 patch level 1. It contains
a few fixes:

- Undefined htmlexcel_null (wrong detection of config file version)
- Wrong treatment of NULL attribute under MySQL 5.0.x
- Missing character sets and collations
- Explicitely setting collation for a field

Gentoo security alert about phpMyAdmin

Hi,
I just wanted to tell you about a Gentoo security alert for phpMyAdmin.
Please note that this relates only to Gentoo and the way they
chose to create the control user (pma), in a SQL install script
that contains the initial password.

Our official distribution kit does not do that.

stats on sf.net

However, some values are not yet correct.
