Hi there, As till already mentioned it's not the best way to "participate & share these codes" ;) Instead you can pick an existing PEAR package (e.g., Calendar) and send patches to developers or submit them in PEAR bug tracker. Or if you think your code doesn't fit in any existing package, then feel free to start a PEPr. Either way your code should conform to PEAR CS. amir On Sun, 31 May 2009 18:29:29 +0430 <hanaee <at> sarzaminsoft.com> hanaee <at> sarzaminsoft.com (امين حنائي اهواز) wrote: > Dear pear-dev > > Here is a piece of useful code to convert Hijri & Jalali calendars > to/from JD (Julian Day). > Download link#1: http://www.sarzaminsoft.com/php/hijrical.7z > Download link#2: http://www.sarzaminsoft.com/php/hijrical.zip > <http://www.sarzaminsoft.com/php/hijrical.7z> > > sincerely > Amin Hanaee Ahwaz > -- -- PEAR Development Mailing List (http://pear.php.net/)(Continue reading)
If so, I accept your nomination. As a PEAR group member, I would:
* continue to review package proposals
* move the website forward
* hang out more on irc
* help new developers out with accounts/cvs/karma/etc
I must warn everyone though that my PEAR work will still be secondary to
my job at silverorange and I won't always be able to give it 100%.
David, can you outline the PEAR group's responsibilities? I have a
general idea of what the group does, but a refresher would be nice.
