Re: Re: [PEPr] Proposal for Authentication::OpenID

Is there a demo online?
It seem a good thing, but with a demo and some useful "non tecnical"
example for those people that don't know how OpenID work
Thanks ;)

[PEPr] Comment on System::System_Folders

Scott Mattocks (http://pear.php.net/user/scottmattocks) has commented on the proposal for System::System_Folders.

Comment:

I think it would be a good idea to create some sort of config file (XML
maybe) that holds the known paths. This way it can be easily updated by
the user and allows more paths to be added without touching the PHP code.

If you're referring to a demo of this library specifically, not yet,
but you *can* see working examples of OpenID on several other sites.
First, get yourself an OpenID:

  http://www.myopenid.com/

Then, try using it to log into one of these sites:

LiveJournal supports OpenID logins for commenting only. The
LiveJournal folks came up with OpenID.
  http://www.livejournal.com/

These sites support OpenID logins for full-blown accounts:
  http://www.schtuff.com/
  http://www.openidenabled.com/

Zooomr supports OpenID login, although it is a beta site:
  http://zooomr.com
