Move Net_MAC to GitHub

Hello,

Although I haven't updated it in years, I wanted to move a package I have
in PEAR (Net_MAC) to GitHub.  I used the scripts from
https://github.com/pear/pear-svn-git however I get to "2-to-github.sh" and
I receive the error:

ERROR: Permission to pear/Net_MAC.git denied to coreone.
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
ERROR: problem pushing Net_MAC to GitHub.

I'm assuming my GitHub username (coreone) needs some permissions on GitHub
to be able to push up to this repo.  Also, would these scripts migrate the
package to PEAR or PEAR2?  It would probably make sense for it to go in
PEAR2 unless the package needs some updating beforehand.

Splitting Validate_* packages into separate git repositories

Aside from sharing a common namespace, the classes in 
https://github.com/pear/Validate are independent and packaged separately 
(separate package.xml files).

I propose these be split into separate git repositories. Most other 
validate packages are split already:
https://github.com/pear/repositories?page=15

Splitting into separate repos will make it easier to find things (I was 
lookinf for Validate_Finance_CreditCard and couldn't find it). Splitting 
into separate repos will also make adding PHP Composer support easier.

Moving Net_URL2 to Github

The Net_URL2 package is still in SVN. Can it be moved to git/github? I 
can help with the move if the maintainers are ok with the move.

Text_Figlet source code

Hi Evgeny,

I saw that the currently released Text_Figlet version (1.0.2) is not in
git, which contains only 1.0.1: https://github.com/pear/Text_Figlet

Could you commit the latest code to there?

If you need help setting up the git repository, just ask.
Also, tell us your github account name so we can add you as admin for
the project.

Package Registration

Hi!

I've proposed the APNS package (
http://pear.php.net/pepr/pepr-proposal-show.php?id=689) which was accepted.
I've followed after the conditional votes and updated the code repo.

Now, according to the docs (
https://pear.php.net/manual/en/developers.contributing.howto.php) I'm going
to this page (http://pear.php.net/package-new.php) to register the package,
however  my account (http://pear.php.net/user/yahavgb) does not got enough
privileges to access it.

Am I doing something wrong? I wish to register the package and upload the
code to PHP SVN.
