pt_BR for OTRS 2.4.7

Hello all.

You can find attached to this message an updated translation for
Brazilian Portuguese (pt_BR).
I took the "pt_BR.pm" file from OTRS source package version 2.4.7.

 This is the right way?

Hi Fabricio,

Sure, this is the right way to update translation files for OTRS. I have
integrated your file in our source code control system, and it will be
bundled in the upcoming patch release for OTRS, 2.4.8.

So, if you'd want to contribute an update to an existing translation,
please grab the latest version of that file from our site at
http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/
- then apply your changes, and send the results in via this mailing list
or via a bug in the bugzilla.

Please note that OTRS also has lots of modules that have their own
translation files, such as FAQ, Survey and ITSM.

You can see which language files need maintenance over here:
http://users.otrs.com/~me/i18n/

If you just have a couple of improvements for an existing language file,
maybe just some word that needs updating, please discuss here on the
list and we'll pick it up.

Michiel,

 There are some words and phrases that doesn't appear translated in OTRS.
 There is a ".pm" file that contains all words and phrases used by the
system? I guess the default pt_BR.pm file doesn't have all words
needed.

Hi Fabricio, 

there was a small issue with the file you sent in, at around line 1250:

'With the input and select fields you can configurate the stat at your
needs. Os elementos que você pode editar dependem das permissões
concedidas pelo administrador.',

The original English sentence was: 'With the input and select fields you
can configurate the stat at your needs. Which elements of a stat you can
edit depends on your stats administrator who configurated the stat.' =>
'',

Because of the missing => '' OTRS did not recognize all strings after
this line. I've fixed in CVS, so all translation tags are now
recognized. The new file is available there. Needless to say, I'm still
in need of the Portuguese translation for the whole original sentence.

 Ooops. A little mistake 
 Below you can get the correct translated sentence:

        'With the input and select fields you can configurate the stat
at your needs. Which elements of a stat you can edit depends on your
stats administrator who configurated the stat.' => 'Com os campos de
inserção e seleção, você pode configurar a estatística de acordo com a
sua necessidade. Os elementos da estatística que você pode editar
dependem das permissões concedidas a você pelo administrador do
sistema.',

 In the "# Template: AAANavBar" section, I inserted the sentence below
too (immediatly below the sentence 'Customer Users <-> Groups') ,
because it didn't exist in pt_BR file:

'Customer Users <-> Services' => 'Clientes <-> Serviços',

Many thanks for the feedback, I've updated the strings in the
translation files, and also I've included the missing tag for Customer
Users <-> Services in the dtl file so it will be included when
generating new translation files.
