Hi Afshar,

You can best grab the translation files from CVS, update them and send them back
via this list or submit them via Bugzilla (http://bugs.otrs.org).

The latest translation files for OTRS (core) are here:
http://cvs.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/

Words that are not yet translated are usually marked with '' so you can search
for that. 

For the ITSM and other OTRS modules, you can best grab the German translation
files from CVS, rename the file and update the translation to fit for your
language. If you're done, you can submit it via the mailing list or bugzilla. 

For instance for the ITSM Core module the file will be here:
http://cvs.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/ITSMCore/Kernel/Language/

Dear Haibin,

I guess the company name in the Chinese translation might as well be a mistake -
someone might have submitted the translation file they use for their own system
to share with all, having forgotten it contained the name of the company.

Can you please file a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org for this issue? 

Just as a remark: If you would like to make customizations to the translations,
you can create custom translation files. If you do a framework upgrade, which
might contain a new translation file, your custom translations will still be in
place. See:

I translated/updated fa.pm and 8 other modules into Persian (Farsi).
Hope see them in CVS and OTRS 2.4 soon!

Summary:
~130 new entries (there is ~1600 entries totally)
~15 translation corrections related to words "stat", "role", and "lock"
2 correction of Persian letter "ARABIC LETTER FARSI YEH", U+06CC
~130 correction of ZWNJ character mostly in words that include HA (ها)
‭~25 correction of Persian (Farsi) numeric characters like "۰۱۲۳۴۵۶۷۸۹"
