Translation files for OTRS 1.3

Hi,

this is the current state of the OTRS 1.3 translations.
Some translation files needs to be reworked. Thanks for your help!

o Kernel/Language/de.pm (full updated for 1.3)
o Kernel/Language/hu.pm (nearly full updated for 1.3)

o Kernel/Language/bg.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/es.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/cz.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/fr.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/fi.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/it.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/nl.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/nb_NO.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)
o Kernel/Language/nb_SW.pm (needs to be reworked, new words)

Can I take the English language file as base for the translation ? 

It used to be the German file (which meant one had to compare three
language files to sort out the diffs) so I'm just double checking.

You can toke the Kernel/Language/nl.pm (for example). All new words
are marked as 

    SomeWord => ''

'' means that there is no translated word there. Just replace the ''
with 'Your translation'. That's all. :)

What is the timeframe here?  1.3 is scheduled for 20th of September,
is it?  When do the translations need to be done?

I suppose this Swedish translation is based on the Norwegian one,
which is flattering.  I think however, that the name of the language
file is not quite by the book.  The two-component names are used when
country code alone does not unambiguously determine the language.
("nb_NO" is the language code for "Norwegian Bokmål/Norway".)  "se.pm"
would be more correct, I think.

Latest 2004-09-08 would be fine.
