That's really cool! :)

We are working on the upcoming OTRS 1.1 which will be ready to
translate in the next few days.

If it's ready I'll post it here.

Thanks Sergiusz!

OK, thanks! I'll be waiting.

And I have small suggestion - could you please prepare
vanilla file? English <--> English for example.
It will be much more efficient to translate, because
I do not speak German at al.

Translation files updated for OTRS 1.1!

Hi all! ;-)

We want to release OTRS 1.1 RC1! next week. We added new features and
of course new words. So all translation files should be reworked.

Current files (http://otrs.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/otrs/Kernel/Language/):

Kernel/Language/bg.pm (new words needed to be translated)
Kernel/Language/de.pm (up to date)
Kernel/Language/es.pm (new words needed to be translated)
Kernel/Language/fi.pm (new words needed to be translated)
Kernel/Language/fr.pm (new words needed to be translated)
Kernel/Language/nl.pm (new words needed to be translated - not updated since 0.5 Beta8)
Kernel/Language/pt_BR.pm (new words needed to be translated)

It would be nice if you translate the new words and send the files
to feedback at otrs.org.

PS: An empty translation file for new translations is available at
http://bogen.net/empty.pm

Thanks for your help! :-))

Italian translation

Hi all,

I am a new OTRS user and unless someone is already working on it, I'll be
more than happy to do the Italian translation for 1.1. I've already got 90%
of 1.0.2 done, so it should be ready in a few days.

Thanks,

Hi,

JFYI.

Today we got an Italian translation for OTRS 1.1 from Remo Catelotti.

Thanks Remo! ;-)

Italian translation suggestions

Hello list!

First I would like to thank Remo Catelotti for the great job on the Italian
translation of OTRS 1.1. Second, I'd like to make a few suggestions:

1) Salutation should be translated as "titolo" instead of "saluto";

2) Would it be possible to "internationalize" the text of the notifications
in Kernel/Config/Defaults.pm, perhaps by putting it in a separate file? I'd
do it, but I don't know perl. :-(

3) Remo didn't put his name in the translation credits ;-)

Thanks,

Remo, is that ok for you?

(Remo isn't on the list jet :-()

It's on the TODO list. Preferred is the text in the database, so you
can change if via the web interface! :-)

No, it's in.
