Translating Extension Modules

Dear developers,

up to this point, translation files in extension modules like ITSM had
to be created and updated by hand. Now you can use the script
otrs.CreateTranslationFile.pl from OTRS CVS Head for this purpose as well.

Translating OTRS
================

Make sure that you have a clean system with a current configuration.
No modules
may be installed or linked into the system!

    otrs.CreateTranslationFile -l <language>
    otrs.CreateTranslationFile -l all

Translating Extension Modules
=============================

Make sure that you have a clean system with a current configuration.
The module
that needs to be translated has to be installed or linked into the
system, but
  only this one!

    otrs.CreateTranslationFile -l <language> -m <module_directory>
    otrs.CreateTranslationFile -l all -m <module_directory>

<at> Markus: This might also help with customer modules.

Problem with CVS server and ohloh.net

Hi,

Since 11 months, ohloh.net can't update the CVS repository:
https://www.ohloh.net/p/otrs/enlistments

I've tried to delete and re-add the main repository, but I've this
error message: "The cvs server did not respond to an 'ls' command. Are
the URL and module name correct?"

When I use the commands on this page: http://otrs.org/cvs/, it works.

Have you changed something on your CVS server ?

For me, It's very useful to repair this, because for the ohloh's
users, OTRS seems to be dead.

Yours.

Re: Problem with CVS server and ohloh.net

Hi Ludovic,

I tried the same some months ago (without success).

The otrs.org CVS server is responding to "ls" from my client site.

And the setup of the CVS server has not changed for several years now but it was working fine with ohloh.net
for some years ago. So I guess it's a problem in the ohloh.net crawler. :-/

Multi Auth mode

Hi all,

Recently I have successfully implemented Single Sign-On via Kerberos protocol but now
unauthorized users are redirect to an error page.

I would like also keep traditional login via OTRS form for users who aren't in Kerberos system.

Is it possible? How to implement it?
