So here 2 Diffs, hope it is right. I send only the patches for .pm
files. Template changes are depends on taste. We had made the title
changeable AgentTicketFreeText.dtl and our sales found it great.

feed OTRS with XML

Hello, 

is there already a way to add, close,... Tickets with XML?

e.g.

Move ticket in (lite) queue view doesn work

Hi all,

I've enabled "move ticket" button in Lite version of queue view and when 
   I try to use it, this error occurs:

How to fix this?

And another thing, in previous version of OTRS "move ticket" was working 
without need to clic "Move" button (just to select new queue from 
dropdown menu). How can I enable this feature?

I think I've splashed a small bug.

shold change into:

P.S. If I uncomment line "OnChangeSubmit => 1" in Agent.pm nothing 
happens. I had to force onchange with substituting

$Param{MoveQueuesStrg} = '<select name="'.$Param{Name}."\" $Size 
$Multiple $OnChangeSubmit>";

to:

$Param{MoveQueuesStrg} = '<select name="'.$Param{Name}."\" $Size 
$Multiple onchange=\"submit()\">";

Question about small patches

Hi,

I need to develop some small features for my company :

- add ticket "ZoomExpand" on/off value in agent preferences
- add a link in the AgentTicketZoom page to dynamicaly
expand/"unexpand" the zoom (the same way a client can show/hide the
closed tickets in its overview page)

My question is whether this modifications could be included in the
official version of OTRS ?

(you just need to remove the # in 
Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketFreeText.dtl)

There is a framework where you can do it.

bin/XMLMaster.pl (get xml from STDIN link bin/PostMaster.pl)

You can create modules for it in Kernel/System/XMLMaster/*.pm. We 
already created XML modules to connect to ARS via XML.

But we have not developed a OTRS <-> OTRS module till now. But we can do 
it here on the list. Just tell me what actions you need. So we can 
discuss this.
