OTRS 2.3.0 beta4 (Bora Bora) is released!

Dear Community Members,

+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Release Note ++++++++++++++++++++++++

We are proud to announce OTRS 2.3.0 beta4 (Bora Bora) today.
This is a beta release of OTRS 2.3 which is not recommended to
use for productive operation. Beta releases are published for
test purposes only.

The stable release is planned to be released Aug 4th 2008.

Fixed bugs:
===========

* Bug #3053 - AJAX functionality within the ticket interface
              wasn't working properly when the cookies support
              was disabled in the browser.

* Bug #3046 - Creating a new Telephone- or Email-Ticket in the
              agent interface required to click twice on the
              "create" botton.

              and slas to the option >none< in the AgentTicketNote
              screen.

OTRS 2.3.0 rc1 (Bora Bora) is released!

+++++++++++++++++++++++++ Release Note ++++++++++++++++++++++++

We are proud to announce OTRS 2.3.0 rc1 (Bora Bora) today. 

This is a release candidate (rc) of OTRS 2.3 which is not 
recommended to use for productive operation. A release candidate
is published for test purposes only although it should equal the 
final release. 

The stable release is planned to be released Aug 4th 2008.

Fixed bugs:
===========

* Bug #2712 - Emails of a POP3 or IMAP box got deleted/lost 
              independently of their actual processing status
              (even if the e-Mail wasn't send). A safety 
              check has been implemented, that prevents e-Mails
              from getting lost.

* Bug #3098 - Ticket number search in the new link mask does'nt 
              work correctly. '*' at the beginning and the end 
              of a search string was added automatically.

* Bug #3012 - Statistic module was probably not accessible. 
              It failed with a message "Got no UserLanguage"
