not only winodws-build... Linux is affected as well -> OS to ALL

Silently increasing the build-requirements shortly before the final version is
due is not what I consider a minor issue - but anyway...

The workaround which other clients are taking is
commit_callback always check pre-edit string on IC after commit string handling,
and if it can get pre-edit from IC, then draws it after commit string drawing.
Actually this is the problem of iiim r10 which Solaris10 uses. Linux/JDS uses
iiim r11, so that problematic callback sequence preedit->preedit->commit at
partial commit does not occur.
And above workaround has no side effect with iiim r11, so can be applied for
both Solaris and Linux.
I heard this from mozilla developer.
Hope this help!

I opened an Excel spreadsheet in Calc and noticed a lot of 'Err :502' values.
This spreadsheet works just fine in Excel 2000.

Upon investigation I discovered that this is because DATEVAL("2005/06/01") does
not work in Calc while it works just fine in Excel 2000. DATEVAL("06/01/2005")
works fine in Calc so it's just ISO 8601 dates that are broken.

I will try to attach the compressed test XLS document.

I have checked it now with m113 on Windows, works as expected. I will check
tomorrow on Linux.
Previously I used m111 on Linux and m104 on Windows.
