GNUMP3d + Palm Pre. m3u doesn't work, would pls?

How or can I configure GNUmp3d to generate pls and not m3u?

Is This Normal Streaming Behavior?

I have the conf file set to streaming, but everything fully downloads before it starts playing; am I wrong to assume that isn't what "streaming" means?
