About that : I could (at least !) use OSXilla w/ mozilla 1.72 (mandrake
10.1 core) only when I uninstalled jslib (it was broken with jslib (got
most of the time an invalid pointer assignment. with newer mozilla
version (latest 1.7 and latest trunk) it is broken again (i did not try
and install jslib, i prefered to keep OSXilla and multizilla and
renounce to jslib-dependant add-ons)

OSXilla works fine with :
mozilla 1.72

Invalid HTML/CSS

Hi multizilla,
Just thought I'd let you know, I saw the W3C valid HTML and Valid CSS
buttons on your site, so I ran your page through the validators, and
found the following errors:

HTML:
You have a <link> tag in the <body> of the document
http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//multizilla.mozdev.org/index.html

CSS:
There's around 20 errors in
default.css
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A//multizilla.mozdev.org/index.html

Hope this helps you maintain Web Standards on your pages,
Many thanks,

Fixed, thanks.

This seems to be mainly the result of problems with the
validator. We /do/ use Mozilla-specific extensions to CSS, so I
guess that technically we shouldn't have the CSS compliant image
up, but most of the errors are, as far as I can tell, problems
with the validator not parsing the document correctly after the -
moz- specific sections.

Hi to all the hard working folks <at> Multizilla!

I recently updated to Firefox as I didn't need all the bells and
whistles of Mozilla...

But alas , I grieve.

For one tool that made Mozilla so wonderful - I was using v1.7.4-
was Multizilla.

And now I must bide my time with a poor semblance of the real
McCoy - Tabbedprefs...thingy.

You can probably tell I'm not exactly the most technically
sophisticated user on your fan list.

I have at times inadvertently blundered into the more tech parts
of your site. Blood drains from my

brain, and Ii weakly back out of it, wandering what the hell that
was all about....

Unable to install Multizilla

Hi,
I am trying to install the multizilla browser and I see the following error.
I am using Mozilla firefox 1.0.1 browser and tried even to download the .xpi file and open using mozilla. Still didn't work.
Can any one help?

UNSUPPORTED BROWSER -101 Your browser software can not be used to install our packages.
Solution: install the mozilla browser from the Mozilla Foundation and restart the installation process (mozilla Firebird versions will be available in 2004).

thanks,
Kiran

MultiZilla doesn't (yet) work with Firefox. It requires the
Mozilla Suite (see http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/).
A Firefox version is currently under development.

This error message is out of date. I've updated this now to make
it clearer what the difference is between the Mozilla Suite and
Firefox.
