Introduction

Just joined this list. I'd like to compile a copy of Mstone to test an
IMAP server I'm having trouble with. 

Could someone please give me some simple instructions to download the
source. I believe its in CVS but I'm not clear on where exactly and I'm
not all that knowledgeable on CVS.
