No category colors in Lightning

I'm using the latest Lightning nightlies in TB 3.0b2 (Win XP Pro SP3).
Things seems to be working fine except that category colors do not
display anywhere (they show up in the preferences, but not in the
calendar display).

I see this error in the console:

Error: aCalendar is not defined
Source File: chrome://calendar/content/calendar-views.js
Line: 576

The line in question is:

             let ruleString = '.category-color-box[categories~="' +
aCalendar.id + '"] {} ';

Is this a known problem? Perhaps an incompatibility with the beta TB
rather than nightlies?

Another small annoyance: the Today Pane is now working beautifully but
doesn't retain its state between restarts.

Still not fiex in 0301 but I'll try an earlier version. I'm pretty sure
it'll work.

I just went back to 20090226 and as expected, things are fine.

TB 3b2 & Google Calendars

Hello World,

I've updated to Thunderbird 3 Beta 2 (from Beta 1) and also updated
Lightning and GData-Provider (all latest version from March 1st)

I have the following problems:

* When Thunderbird starts I get asked for the password at least 2 times,
sometimes up to 4 or 5 times. With Beta 1 I got asked one time for the
Google Calendar password and one time the "normal" Thunderbird password;
the dialog for Google Calendar was clearly marked as such, whereas now I
always get the standard dialog.

* As of today, at the left pane, only one (the first one) calendar is
shown (ICS on icalx.com), but it has no color. All other calendars are
not there

* All events and tasks (from all calendars) are shown in the main
window, but also with no color (they are fully transparent and it is not
visible when they end, the start can be guessed by the event text)

* The Monday is displayed correctly, thank you (I had the problem that
all 24 hours where "compressed" to the first two hours (displayed, the
events were stored correctly).

Best regards
	Andreas

Re: TB 3b2 & Google Calendars

Try going back to the 20090226 nightly build to check if this improves
the situation.

It's a bug: <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=480933>

Thanks Stefan. I don't know if this is diagnostically relevant but,
contrary to the bug description, I do see the colors for different
calendars, just not the category colors.

So I did:

* Passwords: Always the standard dialog, asked 3 times

* Calendars: I now have 3 calendars (all ICS calendars that were
displayed BEFORE the Google Calendar in the left pane). These three have
colors in the left pane and in the main window
All events are displayed in the main window (and in the drop down menu
in the event dialog), but except these 3 above, they are still fully
transparent.

* The 24 hours from Monday are compressed to the first 2 hours field

Best regards
