Firefox 3.6.11 and 3.5.14 security updates now available

Firefox 3.6.11 and Firefox 3.5.14 are now available as free downloads for Windows, Mac, and Linux from
http://firefox.com. As always, we recommend that users keep up to date with the latest stability and
support versions of Firefox, and encourage all our users to upgrade to the very latest version, Firefox 3.6.11.

We strongly recommend that all Firefox users upgrade to these latest releases. If you already have

Thunderbird 3.1.5 and 3.0.9 are now available as free downloads for 
Windows, Mac, and Linux from http://getthunderbird.com/. These releases 
make several improvements to Thunderbird’s performance, stability, and 
security. There are also several fixes to improve the user interface and 
add-ons experience.

SeaMonkey 2.1 Beta 1 Introduces New Features

SeaMonkey 2.1 Beta 1 is available for free download now in 8 languages 
and makes a huge list of new functionality available to a wider testing 
audience for the first time.
Please note that this pre-release version is still intended for testers 
only and might still show some problems in everyday use. As always, we 
appreciate any feedback you may have and encourage users to help us by 
filing bugs.

In addition to the changes in the alpha releases, this version features 
the following new improvements:
  - OpenSearch plugins are now supported and the default for web
    search.
  - Data Manager now unifies cookie, permission, password, and form data
    management.
  - Plugins now run in their own processes and don't take down the
    browser any more if they crash.
  - JavaScript is faster than ever with the new JägerMonkey engine.
  - Direct2D Hardware Acceleration is now on by default for Windows 7
    users, hardware accelerated layers are available on all platforms
    with known-to-work video drivers.
  - The HSTS security protocol and the proposed Audio Data API are
    available.

SeaMonkey 2.0.9 is now available for Windows, Mac, and Linux as a free 
download from www.seamonkey-project.org.

We strongly recommend that all SeaMonkey and old suite users upgrade to 
this latest release. If you already have SeaMonkey 2.0, you will receive 
an automated update notification within 24 to 48 hours. This update can 
also be applied manually by selecting "Check for Updates..." from the

These releases fix a critical security issue that could potentially allow remote code execution. We have
received reports from several security research firms that exploit code leveraging this vulnerability
has been detected in the wild. Thanks to Mozilla's industry-leading open security process the fix has
been created, tested, and released to users within 48 hours of first notification about the vulnerability.
