How to use the fusioninventory-esx script

Hi,
if I use the fusioninventory-esx script against a vcenter the script
generates a file for each virtual host. How can I send this to the
server? This script will not accept the parameters -s and -r.

Thank you.

Hello Mario,

You can push them with either fusioninventory-injector or Curl ( http://forge.fusioninventory.org/projects/fusioninventory-agent/wiki/Push_inventory_using_curl ).

Re: How to use the fusioninventory-esx script

Hi Gonéri!
Ah. Ok, this is what I have allready done. But I thought that it may be possible via the normal agent:
run the inventory with the esx module on a vcenter and the agent sends automatically all the host infos to the server.

Maybe this is an feature request? Or doenst you plan to integrate this in the described way?

Thanks
