Try installing autopano-sift-C. It worked for me, although it seems require that there not be spaces in the path name (unlike the previous version), and it crashed on a 90 image panorama (* <at> $! <at> #! :). I tried moving back to the old version, and can't get it to work again -- something about a tempfile.pto (which I can't find anywhere on my system, where is this supposed to go?).
