Re: (no subject)

Me parece que para parar de receber emails desta lista
basta entrar em:
https://mailman.stanford.edu/mailman/listinfo/protege-discussion

Nesta página, lá em baixo tem uma seção com o nome:

"Unsubscribe or edit options for protege-discussion"

Escreva seu email na caixa de texto e clique no botão:

"Unsubscribe or edit options"

Abrirá outra janela, nela clique no botão:

"Unsubscribe"

Em seguida, você receberá um email de confirmação com
um link no qual você deve clicar para parar de receber
emails da lista.

Espero que ajude vocês e funcione.

Abraço,
Francisco.

Protege versions - when use them.

Hi all.
I´ m building an OWL ontology using Protege 3.2 and sometimes I confused
with references in the documentation about other versions, like Protege
2000. What the diferences between Protege 2000 and 3.2 version ?
Is there any web version of Protege for editing and querying OWL
ontologies?

Thanks, people !!

Marisa.

How to integrate with .NET

Hey all,

I'm really interested in incorporating ontologies into a visualization environment project I'm
working on for my thesis. My concern is that I've already committed to implementing it in C++/C#
using the .NET framework. How can I best integrate Protege with my project? I would like to take
advantage of OWL if possible. My goals would be to poll information from Protege about some
ontology, create instances of classes supplied by Protege with the information from my environment,
and submit this back to Protege, possibly to perform some reasoning/analysis using Jess.
Would the Neuron Web Services plugin provide an adequate interface? Does it work with the
latest version of Protege? Finally, is anyone aware of another party using Protege with .NET?

Many thanks,

tom

p.s. If there are easier alternatives, particularly with the capability to use owl files, other
than protege I would be very interested in learning about them as well.

Re: Protege versions - when use them.

Prior to Protege 2.0, the name for Protege was "Protege-2000." The
documentation that still refers to "Protege-2000" probably is relevant
only for what we call "Protege-frame" now. If you are using OWL, you
definitely want to use Protege 3.2 and stick to Protege-OWL documentation.

There is a Protege Web Browser
(http://protege.cim3.net/cgi-bin/wiki.pl?ProtegeWebBrowser), but I don't
know its current status with respect to OWL ontologies.

Protege and Microsoft Access

Dear All,

I am wondering whether Protege can support Microsoft Access (Database) ? To what extend can Protege
supports Microsoft Access ?

  Sorry for all the inconveniences.

  Thank you.

  Regards,

  Amy
