iPrint with no novell client truncating usernames

Hi all

Quick blurb on what we have a SLES/OES2 running papercut & being used as a
iprint server in a AD domain with no novell client.

Some usernames have "." in them eg student.1 etc
Have found that papercut is receiving the username as student instead of
student.1 (seen a bit of old discussion about this on some google results)
Client is 5.74

Is there a way to stop iPrint from truncating the username at all?
