argp and error.

Hi!

What things should be included in gnulib really?  I'm
writing a program that must be able to run on other hosts 
than GNU, but I still wanna use great things like argp and
error() (ie <error.h>).  Could these things fit into gnulib
or do I have to include them in my sources?
