I think it is a bug with Monticello which does not check the parameter
of the #= method. I fixed that in PharoInbox.

some analyses

Hi guys

if you want to help simply.
Once etoy methods are removed from Morph, Object, PasteUpMorph
we will not rush and remove Etoy before we need to identify in Etoy
the reference
made to MorphicExtras classes since some of them are etoyonly.
So if you have a little script I accept it :).

Evertime someone argues with "Smalltalk has always done X", it is
always a good hint that something needs to be changed fast.

do , you mean something like following:

SomeClass allReferencesInMethodsDo: [:method |
   self assert: ( method belongsToClassThatBelongsTo: #Etoys )
 ]

?

iStoa.net and Font

Hi,

I have just release iStoa 8.11 which is based on Pharo (not a very
recent Pharo relase but still Pharo:). Underneath it is based on
Seaside (+ a little bit of scriptaculous), Magma and Morph
application. For the curious http://istoa.gforge.inria.fr

Some special feature of iStoa (event recording) depends on the layout
of the morphic component, which in turn depends on the used fonts in
the Morphic view.
So far I was using the Accujen font, now it seams it is gone, and
using the TT may be better after all.
As I am testing istoa on windows and mac, I am wondering what is
happening if no free type plugin is present, does the Smalltalk TT
rendering take over?

Next, how can I load a TT font of mine in Pharo?

The last Pharo release is awesome!

I guess Romain already did something to be able to compare the
results. Where is his work?

are very many of
those everwhere.

Issue 364 & 365

Hi,

I've got those two DNU (issue 364 and 365) when playing with the latest
Pharo-dev. As they do not appear in Pharo-core, should i send my patches
to pharo-inbox ?

Thanks,

Francois
