Moving bug tracker

Hi all,

in about a week we will split the bug database at bugs.impara.de.

We are planning to keep all public squeak and croquet projects together 
and move the new database to bugs.impara.de/squeak.

This will enable us to move the squeak part of the data base to the 
squeak foundation server at any time.

If the croquet bug tracking should be moved to a duke server, now would 
be a good time, but we are happy to keep it with the squeak data base.

Sophie will be moved to the sophieproject site.

I will give another warning before the move and we will provide a jump 
page from the old location.
