CGI::FormBuilder::Mail::FormatMultiPart 1.0.0 uploaded to CPAN


Hurray, this weekend I cleaned up after my cat AND I fixed up my 
release of the mail plugin module.  I uploaded it to CPAN and 
registered for the extension namespace.  Here it is for all y'all.

Limited test cases so far to loading it and not getting errors,
but if there are any bugs, let me know.

It occurs to me that I assumed no one in their right mind would 
use Microsoft Windows.  The test script may fail under win32 
because MIME::Lite can't send mail through localhost and can't 
get a valid username from getpwuid.  

Nate, what do you think about a special address @formbuilder.org 
for testing?  Maybe it just dumps to /dev/null.
