Indeed, someone should.

A while ago, Gilad has asked me to join this expert group. If I had the time I
would. However, for the last two months I've spent all my attention on a
family medical emergency. (Hence my silence on e-lang and cap-talk.) Things
currently seem to be improving rapidly. If the situation continues to improve,
I hope to be able to get back to E and my thesis work soon. But even so, the
compression of my schedule means I need to avoid signing up for anything
inessential.

Gilad has agreed that I may pass on our discussions about the invokedynamic
proposal, and solicit a volunteer from the e-lang community to represent the
needs of E as an expert in this JSR group. The main technical issue I see is
how to accommodate the needs of taming.

Any volunteers?

Adrian, I suggest you also apply to be an expert representing the needs of
Joe-E. I suspect the taming needs for Joe-E will be quite similar to those for E.

Warning: To become an expert in a JSR group, you (or your company) need to
sign an 11-page legal agreement. I never did find the time to figure out what
this agreement meant.
