Manager for BOINC?

Hi,

I don't know how or why I was thinking there was an (actively
developed) BOINC client for KDE, but it doesn't look like there is one
now. I checked an app[0] that is for KDE3 but not much more.

Any ideas? Should we have one for KDE4?

Kbibtex Installation

I just upgraded from Ubuntu 10.04 to the latest version and lost my installation of Kbibtex. I don't know how to get it back a clean install or rebuilding from source is producing many errors too. 


I would have loved to install it from the Package manager but I think the packages are no more listed with ubuntu servers.

However, a better recipient for your Ubuntu related questions is probably the Ubuntu KDE packager list.

Hi David, hi everyone else,

I think BOINC is a pretty cool thing, and I was wondering about the lack of a KDE app as well. I'd like to have one, and if some experienced developers can be found to set up a project, I'd even try to have a look at the code myself and see if I can help with a few small patches (I'm not _the_ most experienced Qt/KDE developer, though, so don't expect too much;) ).
