I'm polishing the announcement right now and collecting the bits putting them
together. I'll try to have everything ready tonight, so releasing tomorrow
morning (CEST, after I get up) is a matter of svn ci and ACK'ing the story on
the dot.

Cheers,

Thanks. I've meanwhile enabled syncing so any time is good. I'll add the md5
sums and the info page /info/3.92.php tonight, as usual.

beta1 has been tagged and released, but I don't think we achieved
consensus on the issue of whether applications are feature-frozen.
What do you think of the following proposal?

*) Applications are now soft-frozen. New features must be approved by
the module's release coordinator and/or discussed on the module's
mailing list.

*) Applications will be hard-frozen concurrently with the message
freeze (Aug 20th)

Aaron? you moved the code around, but didn't delete it from where you moved it
from. Why?

Apparently koffice once had a copy of kgantt1.
But not anymore.

So koffice/kdgantt1.pot can be removed.

Allen was right, please remove the one coming from KOffice. We no longer
svn-import kdgantt1 but we have kdgannt (which is v2) now. That one
doesn't have any *.sh file; so I guess we won't be seeing any duplicates.

We have module maintainers now. So the one maintaining koffice should cleanup
l10n-kde4/templates and edit l10n-kde4/scripts/process_orphans.txt

KDE 4.0 Message Freeze Date?

Howdy,

According to the milestones [1] we are currently in a message freeze.
Obviously that needs to be changed.

When would be a good time to have the message freeze?
After the second beta (25 Aug)? After the first release candidate?

What release should start having translations?
