yes, the hardware of the webtab is outdated.

One important question certainly is: Who is going to invest
into the presentation. My company Intevation certainly has
the knowledge to show and support Free Software tablets,

However even to do a one day workshop which of course should display a product

Note that most sold tablets with Android are ARM architecture currently
and thus running Android. As far as I know there is no good Android-ARM
packaging for Plasma-Active so far.
So maybe demonstrating a non-Android or non-ARM systen could be easier
to show the maturity of the software.
As an office suite you can show Calligra.
For Email and Calenders you can try Kontact Touch.
