Error in bulding KDE

My computer told me to tell you about this failure to build KDE.
I'm attaching the config log and the relevant output.

From your installed packages.

Too old.

You need to update your Qt installation before trying to install KDE.

Sao Tome and Principe.

I was an Oil consultant based in the United Kingdom,
and because I helped a lot of foreign Crude Oil
Companies to get Crude Oil Lifting Rights and
lucrative Oil Contracts from Sao Tome and Principe,

from the hospital two weeks ago. I have no money with
which to sponsor any one from here to undertake the

order's. In any case , my extended family here
abandoned me in hospital when they realized that the
money which I came back with had been spent on

kdevelop on amd64

Also, I don't think I heard any response about the kdevelop build
error on amd64.  Is someone able to look at that too?

Well I solved it by  putting "-fPIC"  in the CFLAGS and CXXFLAGS
Makefile variables in the Kdevelop Internal Berkeley Database sub-build
and then  running "gmake"  locally in the bdb subdirectory.

Then returning to /usr/ports/devel/kdevelop  and run "make install"

It works fine after that.
