Edit SVN commit message

I made a mistake in a commit message for a recent commit, and I wanted
to edit the svn log. I've done this once or twice in the Apache SVN,
but it doesn't seem to be working correctly in the Mojo SVN repo. Can
someone with admin rights check if this is set up? Below is the error
message I received.

Thanks!

svn: DAV request failed; it's possible that the repository's
pre-revprop-change hook either failed or is non-existent
svn: At least one property change failed; repository is unchanged
svn: Error setting property 'log':
Repository has not been enabled to accept revision propchanges;
ask the administrator to create a pre-revprop-change hook

Re: [RESULT] [VOTE] Release gwt-maven-plugin 2.2.0

Nice.

One minor caveat tho ... in the release notes it's mentioned that MGWT-175 should have been solved in this release.
AFAIK the project changelog ( <at> fisheye) doesn't mention anything regarding MGWT-175. In the issue it's mentioned as open (for review).

Can you confirm that this issue hasn't been solved yet and it's not included in gwt-m-p 2.2.0?
Has this been solved as well it would make it an awesome release! :)

Re: Re: [RESULT] [VOTE] Release gwt-maven-plugin 2.2.0

MGWT-175 is still open in Jira,
I suspect the issue was included in release note because we have set "planned version" to next release, but never worked on it. We should not plan for a fix release in such case.

Thank you for checking. Please correct "mvn -U buildnumber:create" to "mvn -X verify" in my description
above. I just rechecked with "mvn -X verify": With modified file, the build doesn't fail - with deleted
file the build fails.
