Costin Leau promoted to Project Lead

All,

I am happy to announce that Costin Leau has agreed to take on the
role of Project Lead for the Spring Modules project. In the recent
months Costin has made a substantial contribution to the Spring
community through his work on Spring Modules, Spring JPA integration
and the I21/BEA Pitchfork project. Steven Devijver will be stepping
down as Project Lead but will remain an active developer.

I'm sure you will all join me in thanking Steven for his
contributions to date and in wishing Costin the best of luck with the
future of Spring Modules development.

Regards,

Rob

Sitemesh to decorate portlets

Hi,

I am new to Sitemesh so please excuse me if this is a silly question.
Can I use Sitemesh to decorate my portlets (especially in Liferay Portal Container)?

Actually I have a Struts application that uses Sitemesh to decorate pages. Now I am trying to use the Struts
Bridge to deploy this app as a portlet in Liferay. As I understand the filters may not be supported in Portal
environment. If Sitemesh cannot be used directly, is there any alternative? I don't want to change all my
JSPs now to enable this functionality...

Thanks for your time and help.
RD
